Clean Kielbasa INGREDIENTS

10 lb. lean pork butt
1 tsp. salt per lb.
2 tsp. sweet marjoram per lb.
1 entire garlic, minced
1 box meat housings

Clean Kielbasa INSTRUCTIONS

Cut your pork interrupt little blocks. Macaroni-grill-roasted-garlic-lemon

Blend the salt and sweet marjoram into meat. Season with garlic as per taste inclination.
