CABBAGE AND POLISH KIELBASA SOUP 

Clean Kielbasa Ingredients

1/4 c. grain
1 c. water
1 can chicken stock
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 tsp. paprika
1 onion, cleaved
1 cove leaf
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 potatoes, 1/2-inch blocks
1 little head cabbage, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 lb. Clean kielbasa

Clean Kielbasa Instructions

Absorb grain sufficient water to cover for 60 minutes. Channel. Stew grain in 1 cup water for 10 minutes. Add the tomatoes, paprika, minced garlic, onion and cabbage. Stew 10 minutes more and add the diced potatoes and Kielbasa (diced into little pieces). Stew for 20-30 minutes or when potatoes and grain are finished. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cool.
