KIELBASA AND POTATOES
Clean Kielbasa Ingredients :
8 cuts thick cut bacon, diced
2 lg. onions, slashed
6 lg. potatoes, cooked, stripped and cut into 1 inch blocks
1 Polish kielbasa or 2 lbs. Italian sweet frankfurter
2 red ringer peppers, cut into 1 inch sqs.
Salt and pepper
Clean Kielbasa Instructions
In an enormous skillet, sear bacon until brown and fresh. Eliminate and save. Add onion to drippings and saute until brilliant brown. Add potato blocks and mix over low hotness until potatoes are delicately seared, around 15 minutes. Cook kielbasa in bubbling, salted water for 15 minutes. Channel and cut into 1/2 inch cuts.
In the case of utilizing frankfurters, brown on all sides in another skillet, cut into 1 inch cuts. Add kielbasa or hotdogs to potatoes. Add red peppers ands mix over low hotness for an additional 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Heap on a serving platter and sprinkle with saved fresh bacon. Present with marinated cut cucumbers, cuts of dull bread and glasses of cold brew. Serves 6. Appreciate !
