Clean KIELBASA INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb. pork butt
1 bud garlic
1/2 lb. veal
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Salt and pepper

Clean KIELBASA INSTRUCTIONS

Cut meat into little pieces and go through the coarse sharp edge of food chopper. Add water and finely ground bud of garlic with preparing. Pull packaging over horn and stuff with meat. This can be smoked or bubbled new in a pot of water. Channel following 1 1/2 hours; brown on skillet or under grill. Cool. Partake in the POLISH SAUSAGE (KIELBASA) plans !!!

2-3 tbsp. earthy colored sugar (more if necessary to take out harsh)

FRESH POLISH KIELBASA 

Clean Kielbasa Ingredients

10 lb. coarse ground pork butt
10 tsp. Fit salt
7 tsp. slashed marjoram
5 tsp. minced garlic
5 tsp. coarse ground pepper
3 tsp. mustard seed
3 tsp. oregano (discretionary)
4 tsp. squashed red pepper (discretionary)
1 jug red wine
1 container normal hoard housings

Clean Kielbasa Instructions

Combine salt and flavors as one in a bowl. Overlap preparing combination into meat and blend completely. Add wine into combination with the goal that meat crunches through fingers while blending. Let marinate for the time being. Blend again with hands. Add water or wine until blend is useful. Stuff into housings. Cool. Partake in the FRESH POLISH KIELBASA plans !!!

Kielbasa in Polish Sauce


Kielbasa in Polish Sauce

Fixings

12 ounces light lager
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups cleaved yellow onions
2 pounds Kielbasa wiener, joins
Salt
Newly ground dark pepper
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons finely cleaved parsley

Headings

In a pan, over medium hotness, join the brew, water, onions and hotdog. Season with salt and pepper. Heat to the point of boiling, diminish to a stew and cook, covered, for 25 minutes. Eliminate the wiener from the skillet and cool. Cut the wiener into 1 - inch pieces. In an enormous saute skillet, over medium hotness, dissolve the spread. Mix in the flour and cook for 4 to 6 minutes for a light earthy colored roux. Mix in the vinegar, sugar and the held lager and onion combination. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the combination to the point of boiling, diminish to a stew and keep on cooking until the sauce covers the rear of a spoon, around 15 minutes. CABBAGE AND POLISH KIELBASA SOUP



CABBAGE AND POLISH KIELBASA SOUP 

Clean Kielbasa Ingredients

1/4 c. grain
1 c. water
1 can chicken stock
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 tsp. paprika
1 onion, cleaved
1 cove leaf
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 potatoes, 1/2-inch blocks
1 little head cabbage, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 lb. Clean kielbasa

Clean Kielbasa Instructions

Absorb grain sufficient water to cover for 60 minutes. Channel. Stew grain in 1 cup water for 10 minutes. Add the tomatoes, paprika, minced garlic, onion and cabbage. Stew 10 minutes more and add the diced potatoes and Kielbasa (diced into little pieces). Stew for 20-30 minutes or when potatoes and grain are finished. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cool. Partake in the CABBAGE AND POLISH KIELBASA SOUP plans !!!

KIELBASA AND POTATOES

Clean Kielbasa Ingredients :

8 cuts thick cut bacon, diced
2 lg. onions, slashed
6 lg. potatoes, cooked, stripped and cut into 1 inch blocks
1 Polish kielbasa or 2 lbs. Italian sweet frankfurter
2 red ringer peppers, cut into 1 inch sqs.
Salt and pepper

Clean Kielbasa Instructions

In an enormous skillet, sear bacon until brown and fresh. Eliminate and save. Add onion to drippings and saute until brilliant brown. Add potato blocks and mix over low hotness until potatoes are delicately seared, around 15 minutes. Cook kielbasa in bubbling, salted water for 15 minutes. Channel and cut into 1/2 inch cuts.

In the case of utilizing frankfurters, brown on all sides in another skillet, cut into 1 inch cuts. Add kielbasa or hotdogs to potatoes. Add red peppers ands mix over low hotness for an additional 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Heap on a serving platter and sprinkle with saved fresh bacon. Present with marinated cut cucumbers, cuts of dull bread and glasses of cold brew. Serves 6. Appreciate !

Clean Kielbasa Ingredients

1 prescription. head cabbage
1 c. minced onion
1/2 c. margarine
1 tbsp. caraway seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dark pepper
1 (16 oz.) pkg. egg noodles

Clean Kielbasa Instructions :

Wash cabbage, eliminate external leaves and cut into meager cuts. In an enormous skillet soften margarine. Saute onion until straightforward. Add cabbage, caraway seeds, salt, pepper. Saute until cabbage is delicate. Cook noodles and channel. Transform into serving dish. Add cabbage combination and throw well. Add cooked kielbasa ring, cut into cuts.

Easy Kielbasa-Cheese Bread Recipe









Easy Kielbasa-Cheese Bread Recipe 

Clean Kielbasa Ingredients:

3/4 cup warm water
1 (16-ounce) box hot-roll blend
1 enormous egg, beaten
1 cup ground hard or semi-hard cheddar of decision
1 cup slashed Polish smoked kielbasa
2 tablespoons margarine, dissolved

Clean Kielbasa Instructions

 Empty warm water into a medium bowl. Sprinkle yeast from hot turn blend over water and mix until disintegrated. Add beaten egg and blend well. Mix in flour from roll blend, cheddar and frankfurter. Keep mixing until a tacky mixture ball structures. Leave batter in a similar bowl, cover with lubed plastic wrap and let ascend until multiplied. Punch down mixture and move to a softly floured surface. Structure mixture into an elliptical portion and put on a material lined container. Cover with lubed plastic wrap and let ascend until multiplied. Heat broiler to 400 degrees. Brush top of bread with softened spread. Heat 30 minutes or until a moment read thermometer registers 190 degrees. Eliminate from broiler and move to a rack to cool totally before slicing...enjoy it !
