Kielbasa in Polish Sauce

Fixings

12 ounces light lager
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups cleaved yellow onions
2 pounds Kielbasa wiener, joins
Salt
Newly ground dark pepper
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons finely cleaved parsley

Headings

In a pan, over medium hotness, join the brew, water, onions and hotdog. Season with salt and pepper. Heat to the point of boiling, diminish to a stew and cook, covered, for 25 minutes. Eliminate the wiener from the skillet and cool. Cut the wiener into 1 - inch pieces. In an enormous saute skillet, over medium hotness, dissolve the spread. Mix in the flour and cook for 4 to 6 minutes for a light earthy colored roux. Mix in the vinegar, sugar and the held lager and onion combination. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the combination to the point of boiling, diminish to a stew and keep on cooking until the sauce covers the rear of a spoon, around 15 minutes.
