FRESH POLISH KIELBASA 

A decent Polish kilebasa formula to attempt !

Clean KIELBASA INGREDIENTS

10 lb. coarse ground pork butt
10 tsp. Legitimate salt
7 tsp. hacked marjoram
5 tsp. minced garlic
5 tsp. coarse ground pepper
3 tsp. mustard seed
3 tsp. oregano (discretionary)
4 tsp. squashed red pepper (discretionary)
1 container red wine
1 container regular hoard housings

Clean KIELBASA INSTRUCTIONS

Combine salt and flavors as one in a bowl. Crease preparing combination into meat and blend completely. Add wine into blend with the goal that meat crushes through fingers while blending. 
Let marinate for the time being. Blend again with hands. Add water or wine until combination is useful. Stuff into housings. (Run cold water through housings prior to endeavoring to stuff them. 

This makes them simpler to work with.) The Polish kilebasa formula is prepared to serve,..enjoy it !
